    • All parents must complete the online health attestation form no later than 7:00 a.m..
      • If the form has not been completed prior to school arrival, the principal or school staff will have parent complete the attestation before the student can enter the building.
      • If the parent is not present, the student will not be allowed to enter the classroom and will be supervised in a separate space until the parent can be contacted to complete the attestation form.
    • All students and adults will wear masks for pick-up and drop-off.
    • We are encouraging families to park nearby walk through the park. The front doors will not be open for students. If dropping off in the drop zone on 137th Street, your student will need to use the path behind the gym and covered area to access the courtyard.
    • Students will line up 6 feet apart in their designated cohort space (see map and refer to onsite signage) before school starts (staggered start times will be communicated) while school staff verify that the attestation form has been completed. Please supervise your students to ensure that social distancing is maintained.
    • Attested students will be led into the building by school staff and will go directly to their classroom.
    • Parents will say goodbye to their students outside. Parents will not be allowed into the building or onto the Preschool Playground except in cases of emergency.
    • At the end of the school session, parents will gather in their students’ designated cohort section, observing social distancing.
    • When the session is over, teachers and staff will lead students out to meet up with their parents. Once you have connected with your child, please leave the school campus to avoid crowding.
    • If you have an alternate pick up plan for your student (they are walking home, you will be meeting them in the park, another person is picking them up), please make sure that this information is clearly conveyed to your students’ teacher well before the end of the school session.
    • It is essential that students are picked up on time. There will be little capacity for staff to supervise students who have not been picked up.
