What to know about Cedar Park:

• We are an Option School!
  • What is an Option School? We teach the same curriculum as any other SPS school, but we offer a unique Expeditionary Learning program called IDEA Time. Learn more about IDEA time.
  • We aren’t your automatic school assignment even if you live right across the street. You must request assignment at an Option School.

Follow these steps to enroll in Seattle Public Schools and request assignment to Cedar Park:

• Enroll in Seattle Public Schools.
• Once you have completed your application, contact the Enrollment Department to request an assignment at Cedar Park instead of your Assignment Area School.
