School Supplies

Cedar Park purchases all of the school supplies needed for each student for the entire academic year. By purchasing these supplies at the school level we are able to ensure that every student has exactly the supplies they need when they need them.

In order to help Cedar Park offset the cost of supply purchases, we ask for a voluntary supply fee of $45. This fee will cover a year’s worth of school supplies as well as a software license for Raz-Kids Plus. This software is a literacy program that students will use during independent work time and will be available for them at home as well. All students will receive all supplies and software licenses regardless of fee payment.

All supplies are used communally in the classroom. If your student has a special item (pencil, eraser, notebook), we recommend keeping those items at home so that they don’t get misplaced or damaged.

Pay Fees

Online

You can pay the supply fee and contribute to a supply scholarship fund with a credit card on SchoolPay. SchoolPay is accessed via your students’ Source Page. Learn more about The Source and/or to set up your students’ Source account.

In Person

Fees can be paid in person at the Cedar Park Office with check or cash (exact amount only please). If you choose to send money in with your student, please let the office know so that we can make sure to collect it from the student and so that it doesn’t get misplaced. You will be emailed a receipt.
